BZC-150B truck mounted obverse &reverse circulation construction and water well drilling rig is designed by our engineers; It is a kind of truck mounted and rotary drilling rig. It mainly drills in quaternary loose strata, gravel strata, bedrock for various building foundation pile bore and also can used for industry&agriculture water well.

The truck chassis adopts the 6*4 special crane chassis of brand CHAN'AN heavy truck and the main drive system, the transfer case, gearbox, sets of hydraulic double-winch, mud pump, sewage pump, drilling tower are set up on the chassis.

This rig is equipped with obverse and reverse circulation pumping set. The brake valve of sewage is pneumatic control. It adopts the slurry as the washing fluid. To realize the obverse and reverse circulation drilling through the mud pump and sewage pump switch.

The rig is equipped with hydraulic system, hydraulic tower, hydrualic support legs. The back support legs can stretch and withdraw horizontally and operate together or separately which can improve the balance of the rig.

E power of drilling rig comes from the truck engine; The rig installs distribute implement and hydraulic system.

The main drive is mechanical; Drilling rod is threaded connection; Hydraulic discharge rod, high efficiency.

The rig is installed a generator (15kw), which is convenient to illuminate or work at night.

It is equipped with a vacuum pump for water-deversion of 6BS/8BS sewage pump.

The rig can use steel wire pressure device which can help to drill in the hard land.

With IS150 clean water pump to realize obverse circulation drilling; With 6BS sewage pump to realize reverse circulation drilling. The two pumps are controlled by a transfer case, and a pnuematic clutch to realize the switch of the two pumps.

The appearance of rig is pretty, it is high efficiency because of having a larger torque of the turntable, it is mainly used for water well, building, bridge foundation, oil field casing pipe, hight-tension line pile, wind-electricity pile, gelogical mine, port, dam foundation etc. It is popular at home and abroad.
